The M5s is the newest offering from the Chinese budget smartphone maker, Meizu. It is the updated version of the popular M5 model by replacing its older OS with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Meizu M5s features a 5.2-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 X 720 pixels. This IPS LCD screen displays smooth color dynamics which are rendered through 2.5D curved glass which features Flyme's innovative smart eye-care protective mode. This helps in reading under low light and dark environments much easier. Unlike any other smartphones in the market the M5s is made out of laser assisted aluminium alloy construction, with the help of CNC fabrication.
Inside the phone 1.3 GHz Octa-core Mediatek MT6753 processor backed by 3 GB RAM governs the device. The phone gets an internal storage capacity of 16/32 GB, which can be further increased upto 256 GB via microSD card. As we moves to the power delivery of the phone, a 3000mAh, non-removable, Li-ion battery keeps the device working. The 56% of the battery can be charged within 30 minutes.
The 13 MP rear facing camera is equipped with Sony PDAF image sensor and LED flash lights, while the 5 MP front facing camera captures high quality selfies. Moreover, it gets Meizu's mTouch fingerprint scanner, digital gyrometer, compass and proximity sensor.
