Nokia 3 is a budget smartphone launched in 2017, along with the new Nokia 5 and 6. It is the first batch of smartphones developed under the guidance of newly formed HMD Globals (current owners). The Nokia 3 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat platform with 1.4 GHz Quad-core MT6737 processor on top. The Android OS offers regular updates. It is backed by non-removable Li-ion 2650 mAh battery with long lasting life. It uses a 2GB RAM with an internal storage space of 16 GB, which can be expanded upto 128 GB via microSD card.
The phone is made of a sculpted polycarbonate back with a solid aluminium frame. It comes with classic Nokia design hallmarks and carefully finished details, well intended for everyday use. Build quality has been one of the basic principles of Nokia for years and they have used sculpted 5-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass and precision-machined full aluminium frame to protect the entire screen. This polarized IPS LCD screen is having a resolution of 720 X 1280 pixels with 16M colors. Moving on to the camera, it offers 8 MP camera on both the faces of the phone. The rear facing camera is accompanied by LED flash light for shooting in low lights.
Moreover, the phone is available in single and dual SIM variants with LTE 4G connectivity. It also gets accelerometer, gyroscope and NFC for fast sharing, GPS, compass and proximity sensors.
